I'm not even concerned about it...

I suppose you'd expect that if I appear to be paying attention, asking questions, making inquiries, "what's his last name? did you two meet at school, etc." that i am actually curious, but I am not. It's a cultural ritual or habit for me to ask this, it is supposed to make you feel good about listening to me later. That's a shame.
