Is this painting finished?

I have never typically included faces in my figures, mostly because they are abstract renderings, but also because faces tend to be recognizable in some way.... from my perspective. I just don't like looking at a face I've painted and think that it is someone if I did not intend it to look like that person... so here I am with my latest: "Controversy." I see Sean Penn in the painting! I don't like this... I am probably going to have to change it, and make the face less specific and more generic, or something... I don't like the face that I painted in the suited figure. Hmmmm.
