Path change?

Professor Chiesa mentioned something to me as part of his weekly mentoring... he said that my paintings are highly composed... and this was significant in a way that might ask for alternate consideration. I have been rolling around this question for weeks, and thinking about whether this is something I can affect positively. I will try a new series of paintings where the figures are not so postured and placed. This will have to exclude the ones for Aunt Moe, Aunt Reda and Dad... which are commissions. I will finish up the Yellow series first as well... I think they fall under the old method of strict composition.
