thoughts on current work

I am thinking about larger scale these days, instead of conventional canvas of 2 to 3 ft frames. I have just completed the plan for my latest: it is three figures... the primary figure is in a black suit with a White shirt and black tie: he's standing coyly in a corner gazing outwardly at.... the second figure is in bondage gear, he's doing a back stretch with his stomach in the air and all four limbs on the floor, except he's arched from the right side f the top of the painting towards the man in the suit.The third figure is below, poised with legs spread and arms stretched back as if attached to the waist of the suited man. This conglomeration of figures has been influenced by what I have seen from Brian Kenny, one of my favorite bloggers. Also, a recent glimpse at David Salle is having a ripple effect on me. More later.
